Yes, cancer etc would be too distressing for youngsters who know people with it or have it themselves. My friends mother has cancer and unfortunately it has gotten the better of her after beating it four times, meaning she will be passing away within 2 years. So how would my friend feel playing Sims in the same situation? I don't think she'd feel very happy. It would be a constant reminder. No, definately no cancer or anything like that.

Yes, it has been mentioned many many times, agreed. But until hospitals and other such things are confirmed, repeat threads with the same big ideas will be repeated.

Yeah! I do agree with the baby thing but let's hope they don't include cancer and stuff like that! Or diabetes... my great-grandpa died from that.
