Parking on the street would be very nice for those sims who's lots are too small to be able to stack up the drive ways into.
My suggestion is make the designing and building feature more interactive. Have handy tools for slopped walls, ability to build against the ground and not have to resort to cheats to be able to make a wall flush with the ground and have the floor tiles connect.. Basements are so hard to make in the current game. And I would like to be able to pitch my roofs better, have more usable space with a sloped ceiling and be able to have indoor pools without having to resort to the cheats so much!
