On Sims 3 I've tried a million times for my Sim to "try for baby" and it isn't working! My Sim doesn't puke, the baby music doesn't go on, and the bump on her stomach isn't there. I gave her a "fertility treatment" in Lifetime Rewards but it still doesn't work. Since I started off with a single girl, when you make them have a husband they like hardly have any Lifetime Rewards. Could it be the guy? Oh, and none of their traits or Hates Children. Please help me! {yes}
I had that problem and she was already pregnant when it happened.

I had this same problem actually. :L I had my sims literally Try For Baby 20 times. The baby music didn't play, and the option to Try For Baby was still there. I'm not sure what caused my sim's infertility; possibly just a glitch.
I've never had that happen, in fact every time I do Try for a Baby and its accepted, it always ends up in pregnancy o_o Have you tried doing it in the movie theater? Maybe it is a glitch...
