sleep late i think sleeping at 10 and waking up at 6 (8 hours) is worse than sleeping at 12 then waking up at 8 (8 hours but you'd feel better cause it's later)

drink i sometimes drink wine and little beer but only if im really hyper and having lots a fun and its a special occasion  {rolleyes}
