RE: Would you ever? - Caspin - 27-05-2013 10:24 AM What a sad thought! I don't like the idea but I expect I probably have a very strong survival instinct - so the answer is probably yes. I'd be torn up about it afterwards though. Would you ever go kayaking? RE: Would you ever? - Minty - 29-05-2013 09:42 PM Yes, it looks like a good laugh. Would you ever walk across a field with a bull in it? RE: Would you ever? - Caspin - 02-06-2013 06:57 PM Not if I could help it. I've walked through plenty of fields with cows, although I would avoid doing so in Wiltshire, given the spate of tramplings there. Would you ever ride a bull in a rodeo-type place? RE: Would you ever? - 2qewl4u - 03-06-2013 11:16 AM Nope. Would you ever cut off all your hair? like a buzz cut? RE: Would you ever? - Minty - 04-06-2013 11:12 PM In this weather, don't tempt me! I had one for years. The problem is if you let your hair grow longer again, it goes really weird & curly! Would you ever have a beach barbeque? RE: Would you ever? - Caspin - 05-06-2013 02:36 PM Yes I would love to have a beach barbecue. Let's go! Would you ever ask a famous person for their autograph? RE: Would you ever? - Minty - 08-06-2013 01:34 PM Not only have I asked, I have been asked if I wanted them to give me one. Would you ever try making your own furniture? RE: Would you ever? - Caspin - 21-06-2013 04:36 PM I have tried making my own furniture (sort of) but it wasn't especially successful. When I was a graduate student I was very low on funds. My family gave me their old TV when mine broke because they wanted a new one anyway. Theirs was bigger than the portable one I'd had before, so to fit it into my accommodation I needed some kind of stand or cabinet to put it on. I had no money for such purchases so made a structure out of planks of wood I took out of a skip. The outcome was very sturdy but looked horrific even after a coat of random white paint that I found next to a bin. But hey - recycling! I was secretly rather proud of it. Would you ever volunteer to have new drugs or other medical treatments tested on you in a clinical trial? RE: Would you ever? - Minty - 23-06-2013 12:09 AM Yes, I've done that a couple of times. Would you ever climb a mountain? RE: Would you ever? - Caspin - 23-06-2013 09:36 AM Yes, I climbed a number of actual mountains in my youth and I've climbed a few metaphorical ones since! Would you ever intervene in an argument on a bus that looked like it was going to get nasty? |
