I just tried to send you a PM and it says you have disabled private messaging. Go to "User CP" and on the right hand side select "Edit Options" under "Your Profile". Then, check the box that says "Receive Private Messages from Other Users". Then, "Update Options".

Sorry. my fault. The 'Regulars' usergroup had the wrong permissions. You should be fine again now.
