150 Ely Road, Riverview was used as the plot for this (which may have been my major mistake, as much of the land I'd paid for went unused).

As Ollie never said anything about a garden, I concentrated on the house. It cost §18,601 furnished.

What this home has in sheer hideousness abundant is tempered in practicality (he says, clutching at straws)




There's a small basement accessible by spiral stairs which contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, bog standard computer, nectar maker & nectar storage rakes (your Sim will probably want to drink a lot of nectar living here)




Also the money saved from tarting the place up has been reinvested into a three seater sofa & a big eff-off sized telly. Got my priorities right!
