How do you brake up with someone

I saw this video on youtube and basicaly Dustin Broke up with Angela Pleasant but I don't know how do you brake up with someone in the game other than you cheat with someone else and they see you kissing or so. Basicly when you are with someone are you able to click on that person and select brake up or something like that?

Since what I wanted to do is make Dustin brake up with Angela Pleasant and the have him be with Dirk Dreamer or someone else like even my self in the game. I of cource have to brake up Dirk with his gf too if I wanted Dirk to be with Dustin.
