I am listening to my Christmas mix tape. It was made for me many years ago by a friend and is really very silly. I thought it might make me feel festive, but actually it is making me feel as though I'm trapped in a department store during the January sales. I suppose I should turn it off but Wham! is coming up soon.

Listening to Portishead on the way home. That short working week felt very long but all is well because it is Friday.
