There were both good and bad things about being on this forum. The good was meeting a bunch of nice and friendly people! The downside, on the other hand, is now looking back at the incomprehensible mess of my old posts.

They barely taught me much of anything about forums and the internet in school, the most I got was about 2 years ago when we had a project which involved creating blogs and then commenting on others' blogs (being taught a little bit of commenting etiquette).
We do have the occasional guest speaker who may reference how trash posting on Facebook or other social media sites can lead to (essentially) ruining your life.

Luckily I'm pretty much certain I haven't associated my full name on here and I've pretty much deleted all old crap from Facebook (although that stuff should've been pretty harmless). Overall I've kept a strong enough barrier between real life and my sims past.
