North Hyde Place - By Majick
This is modeled after the house my parents live in. Which I also lived in from 2001 until 2007.
It's 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a "laundry room"; which,for the game can be converted into either a second bathroom or a small guest room. The house comes semi furnished (kitchen and bathroom fully, lighting throughout the house) and with some landscaping, too!
