Re: A sad reality
I've never played Sims1, but I doubt I'll just stop playing Sims2 once I get the Sims3.
Which reminds me, I need to get a job so I can afford to update my computer... and buy Sims3.

Re: A sad reality
The fact of the matter is that Sims 3 is a big change to what Sims 2 is. There will probably be a lot of things that aren't as good as Sims 2 and vice versa. Either way, Sims 3 is not so much a game that will replace Sims 2, but a new gaming experience all together.

Hey...

don't be too sad. You never know if you are really going to like the new setup. I have my apprehensions about it.

Agreed!  Some people might not even like the "new" Sims and will stick to the "old" Sims (Sims2) Smile

I think there's going to be a lot of people who'll do that.

Re: A sad reality
Yea, so true. But still - idk if I will even buy the Sims 3!!!! So I hope that ppl will post and upload CC now I can download  Smile

I see wut u mean though. i won't buy it because:
1. its probably 2 expensive
2. i have like 1 year until college, and don't wanna get addicted 2 it before i can stop!
3. it looks kinda odd - although if i didn't have 2 go 2 college and it was like 2 bucks, then i'd def get it!

Re: A sad reality
I'll definately buy it, but I don't think I'll get it as soon as it comes out. I'd rather wait for CC and patches to start popping up all over the internet Smile

Re: A sad reality
I do like to wait and watch the boards to see if anyone is having issues with it before I buy it. Tho, by the time Sims 3 comes out I might not be able to make myself wait.  ;D
