RE: Would you ever?
Never! Not worth the risk.

Would you ever try to repair a broken computer by yourself?

Ah, computer surgery! No, I wouldn't. I don't have the knowledge. The inside of computers just looks like junk to me, or something from Dr Who. If I had a sonic screwdriver, maybe! I have been the assistant in computer surgery, passing things and shining a torch, but am not qualified to be the surgeon.

Would you ever participate in a charity talent contest?!

Yes, they're good fun (if you have a sneaky stiff drink beforehand for the nerves!) Shocked

Would you ever get laser eye surgery opticians are always trying to get you to agree to? (Once I discovered it involved someone taking a scalpel to my eyes, I went "NO WAY!")

Gosh I don't know. My eyesight is fine (lucky me) so I've not had to consider it. I do not think I would like a scalpel in my eye! I guess it might be possible if I could be unconscious at the time but I suspect I'd rather just have glasses.

Would you ever put your feet in one of those tanks of little fishes that nibble them in a spa?

RE: Would you ever?
Yes, so long as they weren't swapped with piranhas.

Would you ever get into a car driven by someone that you knew to be the world's worst driver so as not to offend them?

RE: Would you ever?
No. I've been in enough road traffic accidents for one lifetime.

Would you ever drink unpasteurised milk, still warm from the cow!?

RE: Would you ever?
No chance, as I wouldn't trust the British bovine industry an inch. "It's too many badgers causing bovine TB" my eye!

Years ago I nearly crashed into a dead cow dumped on the local cycle track. This was one local farmer's way of getting rid of cattle dead from neglect (forklift to get it to edge of farm property & over the fence, then tip it over & down the embankment). I called the police but it appeared several others had beaten me to it. The farmer concerned was fined but allowed to carry on by the legal sleight of hand of his son taking over the business.

Would you ever go on holiday to a destination one day on a spur of the moment?

RE: Would you ever?
I don't think I would. I am keen on doing planning when I go on holiday. As a minimum I'd want to research where I was expected to sleep. Having said that, if I had loads of spare time and a lot more money, maybe I would be more spontaneous. I'll practise during Retirement (that even moving goalpost if they keep screwing with pensions).

Would you ever let someone bury you in sand on the beach?

RE: Would you ever?
Been there, done it, it felt freezing cold & heavy. It also took like forever to wash all the sand off in the sea afterwards. Not recommended.

Would you ever explore a sea wreck?

RE: Would you ever?
Nope, I would (somehow) find a way to drown whilst doing that, so no thank-you, unless I am with someone else in a fancy submarine.

Would you ever risk your life to save others in a deadly situation just to get some form of attention?
