Yes that is good news indeed! 
This is something EA could have done a long time ago if they really cared. But they still haven't fixed the car bug in the game, so it shows how much they care. They rely on us players to get rid of their forum trolls and bugs.

I hope he's gone, but unfortunately he will have access to a computer again at some point.
