Tell me about it! I once made a beach side house. I moved in two lovebird teenagers who had both lost their parents in a tragic, 'accidental', fire. They live with the only other survivor, a single woman. Who was a random sim that I just happend to fall in love with that I didn't even worked on(I just pressed the Random Sim button) and didn't have the heart to kill. In fact, the only reason the teenagers didn't die is because they loved each other so much they brought each other back to life. So romantic... It makes for a story.
Yeaaaa, now I'm real off topic...

that's fake.... looks like ts2 2 me.. look @ the end of the link: sims3fake3.jpg. if it was ts3 it doesn't really look like apartments, perhaps condos. but it's DEF fake.

yes i would enjoy apartments
there shud be apartments, sometimes i want to make two separate famililes and have them in a different home but same lot.
i saw in one of the screenshots (the 1 with the fountains) a tall building that looked like it was full of appartements, dunno the link, but im guessing its true...
besides, IF there actually is going to be an appartements expansion pack for the sims 2 then there definitely its definitely going to be in the Sims 3..... i think
I think apartments would be cool since the neighborhood is already going to be seamless it wouldnt be that hard to have different familes living together but separately and not counting as one household..
but maybe they cant do that yet? we'll see.
