hi!

i noticed that since several weeks, because of the lack of informations about our so expected game,

there are lots of old topics that are coming back repetitively, there is no renewal.

It is getting boring!!!

That' s why i propose u this topic, Why are we so interested in sims and especially in sims 3?

Let's share what we think about this great game? Why we do like it? What are we expecting of it Eps

after Eps? Why are we kinda addicted to it at all ages ? Why this demand of realisim? Does it help

us to dream our lives ?

Concerning me i think it' s kinda way to escape from routine, i can own gorgeous houses, and

characters and make them have an extraordinay style of life.

The funny way that their world is living, keeps the game's dimention, which is very important not to

feel Deprived  and to fall again our hard style of life.

Paradoxically like the most of us i want it more in more realistic!

Wouldn't it be to fulfill this thirst of freedom, of fun, of wealth many people are missing today? Are

we remaking our life a better virtual way?

I think you are correct.
I like to make nice houses for my sims and sent them to University.
And I like to give them everything they need to live a long and happy Sim life.
I do play to get away from everyday life.
It is addictive, building the perfect house, and trying to decorate it nicely. 

so how do you feel about how the sims 3 is gonna change you playing time ?

The sims is a way to escape reality, to forget dirty floors and kids needing this and that.
In the first weeks will I play sims 3 more than I play sims 2 now. But I did play sims 2 a lot the first weeks
I got it, and I play more sims after a EP.
That is because it is new and I got a lot to check out
I would had played sims 2 now with Freetime, but my computer did broke down, and the
new one isnt well That is one of the reasons I do try to find
new stuff about sims 3 like all the time

i play sims because sometimes i just hate to live, and i could make myself everythiing i want to be in sims.

I don't think I will play less, but I am concerned about how much building will be available.

Hmm, good question... I think I personally like the sims because of the way that I have control over everything they do... I feel like a God, and yes, I do know how stupid that sounds. It's the way I feel like I can make anything and place anything anywhere I like, make people have good relationships with people I want them to, and bad relationships with people I don't want them to. It's just like basically watching another world growing into place.

I love the sims because i was always a huge barbie fan i loved making all kinds of places there homes..like shelves different shelves would be different parts of the house..i loved buying the little things and decorations etc..but i grew out of that and the sims was the next best thing and even better. I could control everything and now with the sims 3 it goes even further the seamless neighborhood sounds amazing! the fact that i can dress them up from head to toe customizably is fascinating i will have sooo much fun with that alone! i love fashion. lol
and yeah basically i love it because there is so much to do with it.

i don't think it sounds stupid at all,and like u i can't keep making peaople having good relation ( maybe to be in contrast with the real word...)

i almost recognise in every thing all ohf u said here, it is very interesting to how diferent players,

live their games whereas although we all own the same game!

Ts3...just sounds like a dream come true haa
