Is it true when your not playing your sims 3 that everybody will grow up and do stuff on their own without you knowing it and like take care of themselves and do you get to play the townies and can you make new towns on the game when it comes out? ??? ??? ???
I don't think so.
I think that if you are playing one family, the other families will age just like your family, but if the game is off, nothing happens.

yeah but with a seamless neighborhood and all the gossip im sure you will know whats going on plus you can easily shift to different families without a loading screen.
they said when one of your sims grows up you can pick other people to grow up with them
