You mean as an avatar?
Well, first you have to upload it on an image host like tinypic.com or photobucket.com
Then copy the link, open you profile, go to forum profile information and paste the link into 'I have my own pic'.
Or simply go to 'I will upload my own picture' and, well, upload it.

But Jack - there are already a few threads concerning this sort of thing. Furthermore, you could always PM an admin or a mod if you have questions like this. Please do not start a thread for this sort of thing as it clutters the board. Thank you!
