Hey everyone!

I'm not sure if you guys have read this article from eurogamer but I just came across it today (exam and finals weeks!)

http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=94996

It's a 3 page article so to continue to read it, just click [glow=orange,2,300]next page[/glow] at the end of the page.

In the article, it vaguely covers that we will be expecting 'sims life stories' of those townies and sims that we don't want or have not had a chance to play.

I'm guessing it is incorperating the 'sims life stories' from the laptop friend versions of the sims2 (pets, castaway, etc.) by giving letting us know what is going on with those sims who live in the seamless neighborhood. I think this is a great idea since I knew a lot of us were concerned at what would happen while we weren't playing other families. I think it can be a great tool and bait for us to WANT to play other families that we wouldn't be interested in. I imagine that you cound just hover your cusor over a house and it would explain what was going on with the family at the time (just my opionion) or something along those lines.

Being able to know that information could drag one from one game to the next just to witness, stop, or be apart of the changes in a townies/npc's, etc's. life.

What do you guys think?

yea thats a great idea i actually want to get the sims life stories because i computer the sims 2 dont work on i do u know if it the sims life stories can work on older computers
That sounds interesting. I wonder what it will be really be like!
I have never made a story or played the sims stories games
not creative enough
Well it wouldn't be that you will be MAKING storys, unless you wanted to. This is concerning "already created" stories in the game throught out NPC's, Townies, etc. characters that you won't be playing at the time.

For example, you as a player will know the major things (insight) in a Townie's life just in case you want to marry, be friends with, or associate with that townie. It would be cool to know the lives of them even though you aren't playing, that way if you wanted your pretty young sims to marry off the hot and richest guy of the town, you can do that including knowing what traits he possess.
oooo i think i get it
better read it lol.
I'm not sure if it was in that article...but it was in one of the recent ones posted on this site, they said that the game would be more goal oriented - for those who want it to be. I'm really excited about that. I think it would be sweet if there were more things like finding Bella. There should be special animations and celebrations when goals are accomplished.

Strangely, I never did get to find her. If anyone did, was it just like, oh Bellas back, or did Mortimer and the family seem excited?
the closest i got was on boolprop testing cheats but she just comes back and then dies on another lot
its stupid
i thought we would actually get her back and to live in the family again
but cassie got her somehow she says.
I cheated to get her. I have no idea how to get her back naturally. :-\ The way I got her back was SimPE. I followed some instructions, I forget where I found them, it was a long time ago now. If I find any, I'll let you know. Wink

And also, don't go believing that the Strangetown Bella is the real one. She is a fake. She came to visit my Sims and I got so excited, then when I added her to the household, she had no family ties. So I searched up, and I realised she was not the real one. The real one is dead in Pleasantview. I don't know which lot she died on or how. But I resurrected her with SimPE and she now lives with the Goths (who I rarely play).
simPE i heard of that but have nooo clue what it is
but might use it to get bella lol
