Same. I can speak/read/hear English fluently, of course. I'm currently learning Spanish, and I'm getting pretty fluent in reading it and hearing it, but saying it is the hardest hurdle to jump. I'm getting there, though. I also know a little itallian and quite a bit of French as we learned it at school. Smile
Alright, here goes: English, French, Italian, some German, most Spanish, some Dutch, and some Latin. Wink German and Dutch are, by far, the hardest to speak. Big Grin

Trust me, it took a LOT of work...but it's kind of nice to be able to say you know so many languages...it makes you feel worldly and smart. Wink
i took spanish in like..10th grade..that was forever ago..i was better at understanding it than anything else
but now..i learned so little that it makes no difference i might as well know nothing.
English is the only language I can speak, and I don't speak that too well  :Smile
Unfortunately the arrogance of the English tend to think that as most people can speak English, we don't 'need' to speak other languages. I really envy people who can speak more than one language though.

I sucked at French at school, barley got out of there with a qualification in it.  :-[
