Im The type of person who LOVES to play sims that are extremly poor!
So Im Starting a topic of ways to survive poverty.
Ok, Sometimes i dont even get jobs and i get payed like $500 a day on average.
I Do this by...
[move]DIGGGING HOLLESS IN THE GROUND AND SELLING WHAT I FIND![/move]
This may sound retarded but its easy money and you get cleaning points for filling the holes in.
Being poor does give me a bit of a challenge and I understand why sometimes you don't even giv them jobs - the money they earn just expands so quickly and they end up loaded before you know it.
However, I have not played The Sims properly in a while, so I can't really help.
Could you tell us any ways? Other than digging?

To survive poverty if you have Seasons you can get the dreamcatcher in the decorative section and after midnight you can sell it for like 2500 bucks but it only costs 50. Good deal

Digging holes actually gets you more money than a level 10 job, it's really cool, plus you get treasure chests (which is like a promotion bonus!) and you get vacation memento's!

By time they have their creativity maxed out, you can get over 600 simoleans per masterpiece! I had a single father supporting him and his daughter after his wife died, by just forcing him to paint continuously lol
Motherlode is my favorite!
I make them write novels and pray they sell good.
