For those of you that have received your first official sims3 founding member email-
What do you think of the screenshot, and do you still feel the same way about EA as you did before you received it in terms of their service?
IMO, I like it, I think we get to see a few of the things we've wanted. For instance, there is a child in the pic, so at least we get a feel for what they will be looking like.
I enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains and beach, at least there's a big posibility they are going to be able to interact with it.
I can tell they've taken (so far, a lot of consideration with adding past EPs into the base game)
I also like the fact that they are putting more emphasis on making our sims interpersonal. The picnic screams family/friendly interaction.
Concerning EAs ability to shush us up with our first email before we went completely crazy?
Well, I wish there were more screenshots, and updates but at least we finally received it, and they have confirmed that our next one will be in the summer! So that was pretty curteous on their part to tell us when we should be getting one!
I'm looking forward to that.
I still hate their service and always will unless it drastically changes! {lol} (Like that will ever happen) {lol}
I posted my response to the picture in my other thread.
It took me a while to get the pic to work.
It looks really good and the graphics improved a lot.
I am really having a hard time seeing and inspecting it. It is too small and I want to see all the detail and look more at the people, especially the kid.
Then I love the fact that they have palm trees and different trees, and the water looks good. Then they are having a picnic, I wanna have one when I first get the game.
Yummybunny- as for detail, perhaps you could inspect some of the other pictures that we have. Those seem bigger.

Well it is the first vip message if you read the email it said there is more things cominf this summer even bigger than the number 3 so things are getting better.It isn that lousy actually at least we are starting to get updates.

but they have promised updates before...and we didnt get them..
so i refuse to get my hopes back up again.
i'll believe it when i see it.

It looks good, kinda like bon voyage, which was my favourite theme for a TS2 EP.
The kid looks.... allright, and I hope that the girl and boy children won't be the same. and have stupid animations and that ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING footsatll that they use for absolutely everything!
Picnics look fun.
