We'll create a help section when the game is released, it'll be pretty empty until then I'd imagine 
As for a movie and fan site section, those should come along with the main Sims3.com website when it is ready.

Maybe you could have a section for movies and such for Sims 2. Or stories...people like writing/reading stories...
