How do I delete my profile off of here? I'm so gullible, and I was too excited to read throughly ,so I thought this was the official sims 3 website *facepalm* So please, I'd be much obliged if you could help as I'm not really technically savvy.  ???
Hi!
Are you sure to delete your profile? Well. if you are, here is the instruction:

Hey this is the real TS3 forum i thought?
Hi!

At the moment www.Sims3.com is just a forum, but will soon expand into a fan-site for The Sims 3! Big Grin

No just a forum for now until they make the fansite.
Technically you can get sued for taking the domain name "sims3.com"  that IS a trademark, and having a little thing at the bottom "The Sims, EA, the EA logo, Maxis and the Maxis logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. All rights reserved. TheSims3.com is an unofficial fansite and is not affiliated with Electronic Arts Inc. TheSims3.com design, images and all other data is © Copyright TheSims3.com 2008 and may not be reproduced. All Rights Reserved." will NOT do it... you must have permission from EA... which i HIGHLY doubt you have...

I think he made a mistake of writing TheSims3.com at the bottom. It’s supposed it say just Sims3.com somewhere in there.  What it is meant to mean is that this site is just a fansite and is not afflicted with EA or Maxis. Then it stats how some of the material is that of EA or Maxis (There isn’t even much Sims 3 stuff on here anyways). It’s not illegal to have a fan-site. People use The Sims related stuff all the time. Should every fan-site be sued because they use Sims in there domain name or use the plumb bob in there logos? TheSims2.com even gives out fan-site making kits. So come on, just relax man. Oh, and thanks for rejoining the site.  ;D
I thought this was the official sims 3 website, its just under construction?
