Someone else mentioned this, but I think a countdown timer would be a great idea. I can't find a code that works on the forums as you probably don't have the modification for it.
Any idea for one? Is this possible?

If you're talking about counting down to Sims 3, like I said before, how do we count down to it when we don't even know when it will be released? Of course when we DO know, it'd be a swell idea.
When we do know, i'd put one in my siggy!
And it could be used as countdowns to birthdays or special events, etc.

We could countdown to a date that we are pretty sure is too far.
I have a countdown on my desktop like that now, it counts down until the 1st of May, because at the time they had said it will most likely be released in the first quarter of the year, but then I read they aren't so sure anymore. I don't really think there's any point in this until we at least have an estimated month, personally, but... whatever you guys want to do is fine with me.
I think a countdown timer should be saved until we know the actual release date, personally.
Same here. It's pointless to make one now when we don't now if it's anywhere near accurate or not.
Exactly. We'd just make a new one once we got the exact date anyway, so why make one now?
