But does anyone know if there will be the same options in the sims 3 when your sims are woo hooing? i.e. "woo hoo" or "try for baby".

I think it would be more realistic if sims just woo hoo, and they MAY get pregnant, you don't know and you don't get the chance to decide.

What do you think?  {blush}
We don't know yet, but, I do like the 'Try for Baby' option, however, I think it would be better if as well as that option, the plain WooHoo option should also have a risk of pregnancy, it'd make it much more interesting. The risk wouldn't be high but it would be nice if it COULD happen.
Agreed with Cassie. We've discussed this before. Anyways, I think that the Try for Baby option should be a LOT more risky. And I don't think the plain WooHoo is risky enough. {no}
I agree to a certain extent.

Try for baby should definately be way more riskier. Because if you didn't want a baby, you wouldn't click on it. Right?

Of course I do understand that EAaxis wanted to make it as real as possible and some people try and cannot conceive.

However, I am undecided on the whoo hoo option and whether or not it should be risky as well.

I can see your concern because people have unplanned pregnancies all the time but this is a game where a lot of control freaks hehe play.

This is why they give you an option. Having regular whoo hoo risky will take away that purpose. However real it may be in life, everything isn't 100% effective. The sims game makes whoo hoo 100% effective (contraception) and it would tick off quite a few people if they ended up having a baby when it wasn't their intention.

Tangy_Tangerine

After reading this topic I wonder how many sim players have their sims to woohoo. Because a lot of the times when i get two sims to marry are move in toghether...I rarely think about giving them the first kiss r woohoo. Until they r in mid adult stage r whatever...and then i think...oh man they didn't woohoo yet.....gosh and did they kiss yet. goodness the romance sims remind me tho. so after reading this i hope the sims can... after they r together...express the desire to woohoo r have a makeout session....and then I can go from there....if i want them too...it just in sims 2 it seem so pointless. They woohoo and um yeah they fill up on social and fun bar..but thats it. They may have thought bubbles all day. I only woohoo for babies. I dont know what im saying i just hope there is more emotion between couples...i have a feeling it might be.

to answer your question....I agree sims2luva lol
Tangerine is right. Woohoo should affect Sims more. Luckily, in Sims 3 it will.
yea i agree with tangi and sims3luva as well i think and hope that the sims will b more realistic in the sense of relationships, like uhm just uhm u get it lmao
