i don't think so. pre-teens are only 10-12. it's a short stage unlike teens, 13-19. or young adults. so i think that would just go in the child category.
They haven't said anything about pre-teens. Plus, in the videos, we would have seen something that in the menus for a pre-teen.

As a side though, I am not sure why we need that extra age they added!
I don't either think so..
its too late for them to add a pre-teen age group now since the release is now only three months away
there is no chance of a pre-teen age group
there are already only 7 age groups: baby, toddler, child, teen, young-adult, adult and elder no pre-teen
plus there really isn't a reason for it but i'm just not really used to pre-teens it's not really considered as and age group in real life where i live
I wonder if with seamless neighborhoods they will still do birthdays the same...probably will just because it doesn't look like the aging is seamless.
I voted no. They already confirmed the ages, didn't they?
