First snow day of the year up here in my city.

Lucky you!

It is lucky for you.  Sometimes, I want a snow day too, because I am tired of school.

I usually hate snow days because we have to make up the day in Kansas, and I like getting the school year overwith. 

But usually, teachers don't feel like making up the days, so they usually skip it, or add five minutes to each day of the last month.

but alas, no snow day  {no}    i missed first two periods though so yeee! it was an easy day.

I wanted my Thanksgiving break to be a bit longer...and all we get is light snow that melted by 11:00.
