No, we saw the curved walls. They are a little hard to miss, they have curved glass block windows in them. 

This screenshot made me giggle... the guy and girl in the back made me laugh because the male Sim has a funny expression, and the girl Sim appears to be saying, "Are you even listening to me!?"
