The MySims program loads fine from disk, registration works and everything works but the save game doesn't.
I've tried everything including different PCs with different operating systems.
Any ideas?
Does the computer meet the specs? Also, do you have the latest patch?
I don't have MySims, but does anything show up when you try to save the game or what? Please be more specific in what you mean.
Yes my PC meets specs and no patches are listed for MYSims on EA's patchpage.
When I open the exit page, the 'SAVE' bar is not lit and nothing happens when I click there.
No one responds at EA's telephone.

Try to uninstall and then reinstall.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I have done this on three different computers with two different operating systems. I returned the game to the store and got another copy. I hit the space bar and the save bar is not lit. Can someone please tell me how to save a game?

Yea, I got a response from EA Rep Phillip. He said to press the o button.
I pressed the o, the shift o, the ctrl o, the alt o, the 0, the shift 0, the ctrl 0 the alt 0 at many different places during the game and nothing happens. Oh, well.
Is there anyone out there who has MySims on the PC and can help me?

Could it be possible that you couldn't save at that point in the game? It's like with the Sims 2, you can't save when you are at a community lot.
