... think that we talk about traits too much. What about food?! I know we've talked about food in the past, but we didn't know all the meals then, but now, we do!

I'm impressed by the meals in Sims 3 just because most of them are unsual. Could of done with a lengthier list of foods but I'm not sure if this is the whole list of foods possible in the basegame or just a portion. Is it possible to create your own meal or unlock new ones when you find ingredients around town and things? I'm sure I've read that somewhere..

But this is the list we have now:

Waffles
French Toast
Pancakes
Fruit Parfait
Autumn Salad
Cheese Steak
Dim Sum
Fish & Chips
Grilled Cheese (of course)
Grilled Salmon
Hamburger
Hot Dogs
Lobster Thermidor
Mac & Cheese
Peanut & Jelly Sandwiches
Goopy Cabonara
Ratatouille
Spagetti
Tri-tip Steak
Stu Surprise
Sushi
Cobbler
Cookies
Key Lime Pie

This is random but as I'm hungry and to add some flavour to this section (okay, that was terrible, I know!), what food would you most like to eat from that list? Or what sounds the most interesting/unusal to you? And which meal would you pick as your first ever Sim's favourite meal?

For me I would say cookies is my favourite food on there, but I think Dim Sum and Goopy Cabonara sound interesting as I have no idea what they are, but I'm gussing Dim Sum is a chinese type of food? For my first ever Sim I'd choose Stu Surprise as her favourite meal, just because it sounds amusing as apparently it's made up of leftover food that is about to go off, and it's all mushed up together to create an... interesting dish. It'd be that, or Goopy Cabonara just 'cause it sounds funny. Smile
My favourite food on the list is cookies, spaghetti and fish and chips.
My least favourite food on the list is cheese steak, it sounds kinda yucky.
The most interesting is Goopy Cabarona and Dim Sum aswell.
For my first sim, their favourite food would be Key Lime Pie because it sounds cool.
I love the different variations of food that you could choose from. Great.  {woot}
Yeah, there's way more variety.
I agree about the variety, it's awesome.

Yeah, I was actually considering Key Lime Pie for my first Sim aswell, just because it sounds totally yummy and it reminds me of beachs. Tongue  We have similar foody tastes. Big Grin
Sushi!  {clap}
{woot} i love sushi!!
You know, I've never had Sushi. It has fish so it's an automatic no-no for me. {no} It looks interesting though, I like interesting foods. I'd try it if I got paid to. {rolleyes}

You can get sushi without fish in it. I've had sushi that had steak instead of fish, but I thought it was awful.

But I think Autumn Salad sounds interesting.

Ew it sounds awful, as well.

I wonder if you have to get your own fish and veggies, etc to make sushi..
