Okay, so ... the last two days I've been messing around in my Pleasantview neighborhood; redoing the families, setting right the wrongs, changing aspirations and so forth.  Some of my Sims have married, some are pregnant.  And the last family I have to work on is the Broke family.  Now, Brandi Broke is my absolute favorite Sim, so I hate that they lived in a shack of a home.  So, I decided I would make a house for her and her two (soon to be 3) sons to live in.

So, I set to work.  The game comes with premade houses, but I needed room to build so I deleted one of the tiny houses and placed a bigger lot in it's place, but gave it the same address (30 Lakeside Drive).  I then set to work.  I started this project around 5 PM, CST (17:00), and it is now 8:50 PM (20:50) and I have JUST finished building, decorating and testing the home.

The home ... is far to expensive for them to afford at the moment, so I'm still going to need to move them to something else in the mean time, but ... because I am so IN LOVE with this house, I upladed it to TS2.com on my SimPage to share with everyone!  While play testing I even took some screen shots of the tester family I made specifically for the home.  The screen shots are so big, though, that I'm just going to include the individual links, and let you go from there.

So, I cheated a little and gave the Broke family JUST enough funds to move into the house, like ... seriously, JUST enough.  After they moved into the house, they had 250 simoleans left over xD  So, technically they were still broke LOL

I made up a little story in my head to justify why I did it, lol.  I imagined the family won a scratch off ticket lottery and were able to just barely afford the house of their dreams lol
