Any news/ideas/theories as to when the Complete Collection of Sims 2 is coming out? I'm stuck in Sims 1 world and I'm not going to get Sims 2 until a complete collection is released.

If it hasn't already been released, I don't think it will\, It's too late Sims 3 is coming out in 3 months...
According to the Wikipedia page, (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sims_2#Editions) the Complete Collection will be released sometime this year. And the Sims Complete Collection was released about a year after Sims 2 came out.
Perhaps we will indeed see it soon?
I don't know if they are making one, because there are so many EP'S (vs the original sims that only had like..6).
I bet it would cost like 500$ if they did make one.

Well then, where do you think Wikipedia got it's information from? They couldn't have just made it up! How silly.
Um if you didnt know, anyone can go into Wiki and submit something they "think" is true, so I never trust Wiki.

Oh well, I guess I'm stuck playing Sims 1 for now.
I'm sure there will be a Complete Collection at some point. So that the actual Collection consists of just the Base Game and all the Expansion packs, which as far as they go there are only 6 or 7 ... Though there may a Stuff Pack Collection too afterwards. Which I think could be cool.
I think they will release one in the future, maybe later in 2009... but like Anna said, it would be pretty darn expensive. There are tons of EPs and SPs.
Also, if you wanted to, you could put anything you want on Wikipedia. But I believe now you have to have sources to do it.

The Wikipedia entry says the Complete Collection will include all EPs and SPs plus a bonus DVD... I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
