When my TS3 comes out and they deliver it at my house, will I have to sign it when the delivery man comes or they just drop it by my door? ???

I don't believe so. If you ordered it through Amazon and UPS is shipping it, you won't need to. UPS requires signatures for packages $400 and up.
P.S. Isn't it a little too early to worry about this? xD

Doesn't it just get posted through the mailbox? Lol. If someone had the mistfortune of making me sign for it, bless them, because they'd have to listen to me squeel like a fangirl, happy dance, and then blab without breathing about the awesomeness of this game. The poor dude would be running for his life to get away from me. =]
