You have to RIGHT click on the sims click properties and there should be like this URL looking box,whatever xD

Right-click on the Sims game Icon, Then Properties.type -w in the target tab, and it should look something like this, depending on where your game is located.
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSBin\Sims2EP9.exe" -w
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSBin\Sims2EP9.exe" -w

I'm with you there. It runs more slowly and choppy for me in Windowed Mode, whereas in normal mode it runs smooth and fast. Also, in WM, I can't scroll the edges with my mouse, I have to use the keys. It just irks me using WM, though sometimes when needs be, I do use it.

exactly. And when taking pictures, it's horrible. Cause I use the Print Screen key, and then it takes a shot of the whole screen, not just the area I want x.x And the pics turned out awful. And yeah, I totally know what you mean about running more slowly.
