Okay, so I'm kinda at my wits end about creating houses for the Willam's so now its YOUR turn xD I would love it if someone could make me a house for them. I have all the games so you don't have to worry about your configuration. The only thing I ask is NOT to furnish it. Sometimes when I download houses when they are furnished, the lot runs uber slow. So don't upload it being furnished xD But you can add wallpaper and flooring all that you'd like.

Here's the Willam's specs!:

-Need a medium-ish kitchen. It's always a big family so keep it in mind.
-Dinning room big enough for at least 8 (and pets)
-Living room
-2 master beds with attached bathrooms.
-ONE of those masters needs a nursery attached (Perferably on the first floor so that I don't have to carry the kid up and down the stairs xD)
-3-4 kid bedrooms (It'd be nice to have at least 1 have room for 2 beds and stuff)
-A medium extra room (It'll be a witch's room. If you have AL, adding the secret bookcase would be lovely (and allowed as a furnishing xD))
-A skill room. It doesn't matter where it goes, just along its big enough to fit those career rewards and band objects.
-Lots of bathrooms o__o I hate having my sims waiting and all wanting to go at once.

You don't need to worry about the outside, but I plan on having a greenhouse, a pool, a lake, and some playground equipment in. You can had it if you'd like, but if you don't want to, you don't have to.

Room for cars/garages would also be nice since sims always bug me about buying a freaking car.

Now, currently the family has over 300K so feel free to do whatever xDDD I also want to built them a resturant, but if it doesn't happen due to money constraints, its okay xD It's better to have a roof over their heads!

If you have any questions, please ask! Also, if more than one person wants to built a house, go for it! If I get more than 1 house then I can save the other one for the next generation (since I rebuild houses every generation xD)

It'll be a Challenge and I would ADORE being able to do this.

Now, can I at least add carpetting and basic white wallpaper/siding to the rooms and outside of the house just to keep it from looking like a ... well, weird.  LoL

Yeah, you can add any wallpaper and flooring you'd like xD And PLEASE paint the outside of the house, its the part I suck at the most.

Oh man, wish I'd seen this sooner or I'da done a nicer job on the outside of the house XD

Ah well.  I kept it very, very simple for you.

The only furnishings I added: The bookcase, Crib and Changing Table to show you the downstairs nursery, closets


As it is:
Master Bedroom with attached Nursery and bathroom downstairs
2 Car garage with 2 Car driveway
4-5 bedrooms, one big enough to fit 2 beds
Skill room
Study/5th Bedroom
Upstairs Master Bedroom with attached bathroom
Dining room for 8 + pet dishes
Medium sized Kitchen
3-4 Bathrooms


Again, everything was kept very basic (white carpeting/wallpaper) so that your sims can decorate to their tastes ;3

I didn't do any plants or trees or the likes, but I did make the grass look greener and more bright and attractive.  I really hope this is okay, and that it works for your family!

I left 3 of the bedrooms untouched (aside from that pet bed) because they don't have kids yet xD But the Willams are very happy with their new home!
