Okay, so I have a secret legacy (it's not really SECRET, I'm just too lazy to post pics of it) and their current house is becoming kinda cramped, with the kids growing into teens, the house just has an odd vibe to it. If anyone here likes building houses, this is the opportunity for you!
Requirements/Other Stuff:
Must have at least 3 bedrooms.
Twin beds in everything expect the master bedroom & Guesthouse (see below)
Maybe a guest house on the side of it? Just a little one with a bathroom and a bedroom, and maybe a little den. Sometimes I can't decide on a person to follow through with the legacy, so I let them both live in the house.
Have 3.5 baths, excluding the guest house.
Have a big kitchen/dining room.
Have a driveway that could hold up to four cars, and a garage.
Must have a pool.
Must have a deck.

I would love for you to furnish it, but I only have Nightlife and the base game, so if you could keep furniture from only those two, you can furnish it.
I want it to have a modern-ish vibe to it.
I want one of the bedrooms to be for boys, and one to be for girls.
Please make sure the house is somewhere around 200,000$, 300,000 being the max.
