That's also a good demonstration of how items can be centered in a room, too.  Obviously that bathroom is only 3 tiles long, but the tub is centered nicely in the room :3

Although... Personally, I hate how large and dominating the pixelfields are. That is ridiculous. That is so ugly.  >:-( The pixels almost cover the whole sim body. Why?!

Nah, I don't like that.

You'll be able to remove it anyhoo, so no need to worry about it too much, but I agree it's very ugly looking, the pixels are too large.
The graphics on the full versions of these pictures are awful. I think it's an old version of the game though.
