Well...Wouldn't this be a bit like SimCity except you would be controlling the sims?  ??? ???

It sounds a lot like that to me too. That would be awesome!!! I can see it now, random cars passing by and bicycles and motorbikes....perhaps police cars or fire engines, its funny how ppl only passed by!!
