How do I make a siggy with pictures that regulate, like Earth Girl used to, and like Cassie does?

Can someone make me one?

I have an animated siggy? You mean my avatar? LOL, I just took my from someone's LiveJournal. So I can't help. So I don't even know why I posted in this thread as you're probably annoyed now. =\ Sowwie. I'm sure someone will make yeh one though! XD

YEah, I meant Av XD    Im not annoyed

Just get animated pictures from the web and copy there URL into the sig box like normal.

Corel Photopaint has an animation tool.
