I went to canyourunit.com and they said my video card isnt adequate.
what shall i doooo ??
i dont have the money to buy a new one...
will i still be able tp play the game ???
i think you would still be able to play..I think..it jus gone be something different about the game..maybe the texture of it..I dont know..I really cant tell you..but you know once you install the game..it will tell you what you will need..and who knows..you might get away with it..its jus gone be something different about the game..I fully dont know the answer..but that is my guess
I think you still can play it but i also think that there will be some little problems because of it,maybe your game is going to restart sometimes,it was happening to me when i had a old computer {wacko}
the graphics will not be as good, and if it is WAY to old it wont run at all.  {no}

Can you run it isn't accurate because they said my videocard won't work either.They said it's too slow.I have a Nvidea GL 120 which is the same as the 9500.Both are listed as compatible on the sims 3 site as requirments.It said the minimum aount of memory required on the card is 256mb and I have 1gb.1gb is much faster then 256mb.This site doesn't know what their talking about.I hope I can run the game on high with this card.

No, 1GB isn't faster.  E.g 1GB of GDDR2 vs 512MB of GDDR3...GDDR3 is WAY faster as more data is transfered per second. Second of all, you WONT be able to play on max settings. NVIDIA GT 120 is an OEM only card, and comes with 512MB of GDDR2 RAM, which is very old and slow. The clocks are also very slow as well. You'll be able to play on medium settings but not maximum settings.
What card will play on high?The GL come with my new pc which only uses ddr2.My pc has 8gb's of ram will that make up for the slow video card.It's also a quad core.
i know with sims 2 when my pc wasn't good enough the walls flashed red to black all the time - even in CAS it was really weird

The RAM and quad core wont make a difference; It's all dependent on the GPU for looks.
