Hoorah, victory is sweet, Ollie!

It's a shame you don't get along better with your sister but you're stuck with her until one of you is ready to move out, unfortunately. I'm so lucky I get along with my brother, he's so great. Most of my friends have problems with siblings ranging from minor disagreements to all out war. There appears to be a particular problem with lots of sisters I have noticed.

(Who is Shelly?)

Agree with Minty about adoption. It is bizarre to try to use that as an insult. I also have huge admiration for foster parents and wish I was brave enough to do that myself. In particular I'd like to be able to keep siblings together so that their family groups don't get even more broken.

This morning I am thinking that my head is likely to explode. Having been hit by pretty awful hayfever yesterday, I think I have to accept that I have caught the cold that 100% of my household and colleagues were reporting last week. I thought I'd got away with it but now I'm not so sure. Either that or this is the worst hayfever ever. Suppose it doesn't really matter. Either way I feel like fudging shine. No sympathy is needed, just whisky and sleep.

Edit: feeling better now. Apparently I can be cured of almost anything by the ingestion of chocolate chip brioche buns.
You're going down British and Irish lions (not that I actually know what's going on, only that it's something which only happens every 12 years).
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad Ollie jinxes it again! Biggrin

I've never understood the whole Test match for "invitational" teams in rugby. Lions, Barbarians - load of cobblers. Are they some sort of freemasonry for players, like that Grand Order Of The Water Rats for comedians?

Sevens rugby is mental to watch. Same size pitch, but seven a side. No more "wall" of opposition players to worry about. The state of the players by the end of a match having to run around like mad is something else!

Oh what have I done! I finally decided to make a Twitter account and now am completely overwhelmed! Dizzy-1
Ugh! Can't get rid of this headache! This is sending me out of my box. BangHead

Still? That's going to be a world record-breaking headache at this rate. Are you drinking enough water? Are you drinking enough whisky? Are you sleeping for enough hours? Probably you need a break in the weird weather. Hope it goes away!

I have resolved my Twitter difficulties by downloading "TweetDeck" as recommended by Head of IT. I've got everything nice and organised now. Phew!

Think it's time for a hot beverage.
I've not touched alcohol in ages. I think it's a muscular problem, although I can't feel any aches or pains other than my damn head. I've tried resetting my bed springs (stand the mattress up the wall for a day), taken ibuprofen & aspirin but no help.

Finally have resorted to coating my back & neck in wintergreen to see if that burns whatever it is out. Small tip - don't have a shower on even at warm if you have any wintergreen on. You quickly regret it.

I really feel for you - a headache lasting one day is bad enough but you must be absolutely sick of it as it's been several days now. I'm worried that you're going to start getting really grumpy?!

Maybe it's not the mattress - could be the pillows. Wild speculation there, but in the past I've had problems due to my pillows getting too squishy. I have microfibre ones and after a while they get really flat and don't support your head properly.

Are your eyes sore? Maybe you need an eye test or something because vision issues can give you long term headaches can't they. I've had several headaches in the last couple of weeks due to sinus pain because of allergies.

Right now I'm thinking I should stop diagnosing and go to bed. Hope you feel better tomorrow.
I've looked up your symptoms on the internet, Minty. I'm afraid I don't have good news, according to google you are likely to die within the next century.
Omg Oh no!
