I've NEVER been able to get a married Sim to cheat on their spouse in Sims 3, or to get a single Sim involved with a married Sim. They just will not accept flirts, even when their relationship bars are at 100% with each other, less than 100% with their spouse, in a separate house from the spouse, anything. It's never worked!

How do I get them to stop rejecting the flirts and just CHEAT? lol.

Do you know if their family-oriented?;
If not, they should have defenitely accepted the flirts...

Bug maybeez?

Try making the Sim doing the flirting have the 'Flirty' or 'Hopeless Romantic' traits, and the 'Attractive' reward would be helpful too.

You'll find though, that some Sims are just more loyal than other Sims... just keep trying with a bunch of random Sims.. if it's not working, you've probably got a bug or some issue with CC [if you have anyway] that has tampered with your game.
