Cororon

Mine are. My selfsims daugther is the spitting image of her mother. I gave her a different hairstyle and eyebrows to look a little bit different. Here my selfsim is on the right and her teenage daugther Annica on the left.

This is another example. I don't know who's who.

Yes! My sim children always end up looking exactly like one of their parents. It gets really boring after a while I must say. That's why now I try to look for the most interesting spouse as possible to try and encourage some variation in the looks.

It's worse if you have more than one toddler in the household at the same time. I struggle to tell them apart then. xD
Yes and it's constantly why I continue to make new families. They look too much alike.
Yes! it's so annoying. I fixed it by altering the offspring in CAS as soon as they become toddlers.
I haven't had this problem! There will be similarities but I've never had even identical twins, let alone kids being the clone of their parents.

Earth Mama

It used to happen in my game, just that since one of the later EP's, not so much. :/

Though, I had a 'clone' sim in my legacy, where the daughter was the spitting image of her father, just different eye color.
not really, as for when my sims have birthdays, I always change their look.

Purple_Penguin00

can't really say that i have had this problem, my kids have half half genetics from the parents
