If you really want to see who the HBP is. No one is forcing you to read the series. Let alone read HBP. Wanting to get a 'glimpse' is like just wanting to watch the movie instead reading the book. The movie will tell you who HBP is. Rather than you waiting at the end to find it out.

Well imo it's pretty bloody tiring reading some 3500 or so pages all in like what's it been Steven, a week and a half?

I read 3 books that had 700 pages in two days for all three of them.
It's not hard to read and be commited to something you love.
