I'm pretty undecided on that.
I like that the UK covers have that theme going on. Look really good when you put them all together on your shelf. And you KNOW immediately it's a HP book because it's recognisable.
I like the colouring and general appearance of the US versions. But.. I prefer my versions. Just because they look more like HP to me because they're the only versions I've ever used.
I think your DH cover is better though, definitely. I remember them both coming out on the same day [the release of the covers on MN, I mean] and being disappointed that ours wasn't more like yours.
Oh and they changed the name because they were worried it would not make sense over in the US. And Jo was desperate.

well, for the first time in history, I went through and looked at my school`s library and they have all the HP books hardcover except for the last one, I wonder why?
