no it isn't 'cause u paid taxes in order for the governement to make streets and to make sure that they don't get all messed up. and u use energy to walk and to replentish(sp?) that energy u eat or drink something which also isn't free. i could go on like that forever

You click the "Hooray" link under their user image to the left :3 Then you have to type a reason for the Karma (like "they're cool!" or "They were helpful!")
