No, you're not mean.
There are just people who do that for some reason. We had a HUGE problem with it back in the day, one member ended up with like ... -100 Karma because of a group of people coming in an de-karmaing them every 20 minutes.

Ah. Yeah, it was.
It was the PeanutButtah person name you see from the Forums (he's been perma banned for a WHILE now) if I reemember correctly, but back in the day before he got out of control and was a really really cool person, there was a group of unknown people (the Mods knew who they were, many of us others didn't) who were coming on and taking away Karma from him, Chanel, I think Rena and a few others.
Paul (PeanutButtah) ended up with like ... -100 karma at one time. Until the Mods were able to find a way to keep them from coming back, ever.
