but i just read that he didn`t get the Horcrux, he weakened himself
how sad. I just think of his half-moon spectacles and I get all emotional lol
even though they`re not real characters, its still emotional

If no one died it would have made the story boring and joyless, regardless of who died. Jo made it so not everyone had a happy ending which imo was very smart.
& despite how sad it was, it made it eventful.
