Guys who wear make-up is pretty common here in the US ... some actually look good with make-up on. Depending on what they're wearing.
Cover-up is pretty basic for anyone - as it covers pimples, sores, etc. so that's not a big deal. Eye-liner is also pretty normal. It's when they get into the lipsticks/glosses and eye-shadows that it gets wonky xD

Yeah, like I said, my ex wore black nailvarnish and eyeliner but he didn't look out of place at all. You see it everywhere with boys these days, I don't find it weird.

You really do, actually. Some guys just ... Cannot pull it off. And actually look WORSE with the make-up on.
